Yeah, the Johnny Fuller original of "Haunted House"
has more of a '50s R&B feel to it. It's on the
Specialty label.

Really, almost anything by Screamin' Jay Hawkins is
appropriate for Halloween: "Alligator Wine," "Frenzy,"
"She Put The Wamee On Me," "I Hear Voices," etc.
Don't know how many are readily available on 45.

Some more haunting and/or creepy thoughts:
"Don't Put No Tombstone On My Grave" - Charlie Rich
"Moanin' At Midnight" - Howlin' Wolf
"Out of Limits" - Marketts
"Boris The Spider" - The Who (I have to like this
one!)

Later stuff, not '50s-'60s:
"D.O.A." - Bloodrock
"Pet Sematary" - Ramones
"Bloodletting (The Vampire Song)" - Concrete Blonde

Ahhh, I just love Halloween.
