OK, well, that's a start. Still, you failed to answer the question (Which
was asked again by another):
Do you have credit? On these Rock-Olas, the selection buttons are 1st
digit, 2nd digit, then the 3rd digit locks until the write-in arm finds the
correct pin and pops it.

Establish credit by dropping coins, or manually triggering the coin
switches. There may be a manual button on the credit unit. if not, you can
open it up and turn the credit wheel by hand.
Nobody here is sure yet if the 450 has credit on it.

It may be prudent at this point to focus on getting the 450 up and running
so you have a reference as to how it's supposed to work. Plus, once you
have one working, you can use it as a parts-swapper to locate possible bad
units.

...and most jukeboxes are more complicated than people think they're going
to be. Welcome to the real world of the jukebox. ...and your Rock-Olas ARE
fairly simple as jukes go! :-)
I have a 474. Love it. Not super crazy about the styling, but I like how
they work.

Just throwing this out there now, start looking for a new stylus. You don't
know how old the one in it is or how much life is left in it. Use ONLY a
genuine Shure N44-7 or N 44-C. Others will chew up your records.

Thanks for the reply. I have the manuals now, but these machines are little
more complicated than I had anticipated. On the 450, the buttons do not
lock. I've checked the fuses and cannot see anything wrong..

Still have to investigate the 454.
