Only at the end of the record?  BTW, is the rumble only in
the runout groove, or do you hear it at the end of the music
as well?  I was thinking it might me the cancel switch, the
tonearm pivot, or the pickup cable might be hanging on
something, causing a lot of "chatter" in the tonearm as it
swings quickly down the runout groove.
