You can go into a TAP plastics store and have them cut plastic to size, 
maybe they will do that for online orders too...but of course while they
will only charge you for the plastic that you actually end up with (I 
presume by the square inch), they will also charge for the cuts...

Did somebody tell you that restoring jukeboxes was a cheap hobby?
