The manual lists them as "#81 Lamp, Frosted".  In all the
machines I've seen it's just a low-wattage white frosted bulb.

If the manual you get doesn't have this info I can send it
to you.  I think these are being reproduced as they were
also used in retrofit kits for for 146.  The 146 originally
had a solid red dome, but animation units for both the dome
and the front door were soon offered by Seeburg because
operators complained that the 146es didn't have enough
razzle-dazzle to compete with machines like Wurlitzer's 1015.
