Hi All,
Someone asked me off list about the "N 3.2" amp sloblo fuses that Seeburg used on the TSR-1 to mid-way thru the TSU-5 production.
These fuses were for the "24vac" used to operate the wallboxes. On earlier phono's they used a (Buss) "Fusestat" (brand name), and on later steppers they changed it to a ("RedHead") "GMQ" type.
If you are not using a wallbox,I suggest removing this fuse (any type).
One caution concerning the "N" type. Do NOT attempt to remove it while the power is "on". If you do, you will learn this lesson the same way that I did--first hand. There is ALWAYS power on the metal portion (top) of that fuse--even when "blown" on some units, as some were factory installed with the "hot" going to the "top" of that fuse.
