Rick,
When you test them, I would recommend that you use an analog (dial) style meter, as most "digital" types, especially "auto-ranging" types, are too fast to see "switch bounce". They also must be tested with the wires dis-connected.  The needle on the meter must not "jump", at or near the point that the switch "clicks". For example: if you have the leads on the com and NC lugs, you must not see ANY movement prior to feeling, or hearing the "click". Same for the NO contacts---Ron Rich
