Do you have the manual for this jukebox?  If so, you will need to go 
through some of the adjustments.  Before attempting any adjustments, 
make sure both of the back stop pawls on the carousel are not sticking. 
  If one of them is sticking, it can cause the problem that you are 
experiencing.  If the pawls are OK, then the two critical adjustments 
that I can think of are the back stop pawl adjustment and the carriage 
switch adjustment.
