Hi Richard,
Rather then go thru each problem one at a time, I humbly suggest that you might wish to purchase a copy of my "Seeburg Microlog Trouble Shooting Guide" and (if you do not have one), a copy of the USC-1 Service Manual. You can purchase both directly from me, or all of the "usual suspects". The reason for that manual vs. the one for your model, is that it is much more comprehensive, and although some of the cabinet cabling is different, the basics are the same.
