[Jukebox-list] Wurlitzer 800

I have a Wurlitzer Model 800 Juke Box that I am restoring.

 

Wurlitzer, Model 800, Serial 465089

 
I would like to remove each of the large plastics, and use some kind
of cleaning solution on them.  Then coat them with some kind of
protectant.  What's the best way to clean the large plastic pieces?
And is it necessary to give them a protectant coating?   What do you
recommend?
