Dan,
What is your target color for the yellow plastics? They came from the
factory eggshell white. You can bring them back to that color with a lot of
elbow grease. Some people don't like to do this because they feel they have
been stripped of their patina. The catalins do yellow back over in time.
Nothing will stop this and any clearcoat will make a repolishing very very
difficult. Let me know if you want to bring them to eggshell white. I just
did a Wurl 700 this way.
