Mike,
The tone arm cancel switch is providing the ground for the circuit. It passes through pin 8 of P303 on the Mech Control PCB. From there, it must pass across pins 8 & 9 of K302 (Latch Relay), C302 (47 uf cap) and R316 (150 ohm) wired in parallel to reach the Timing Module (P.E.C. 301). This Timing Module gives the system some lag time before starting the Reverse Relay. Nonetheless, from the other side of the Reverse Relay, the +32 VDC is applied to pin 3 of P301 of the Mech Control PCB. via the Common and N.O. of Microswitch #1. Once it is at the Mech Control PCB, it goes across CR310 to the coil of the relay. There is also a capacitor C303 (22 uf) across pins 1 and 3 of the P.E.C. that may keep it from firing if it is not in spec.
