So I have heard (on this list!). Here's a 45 one that went unsold on eBay this past week:
http://cgi.ebay.com/1949-or-1950-M100A-Seeburg-Jukebox_W0QQitemZ330207493033QQihZ014QQcategoryZ13721QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

or plug Item number: 330207493033 into an eBay search.

I am limiting my search for an M100-A to a 78 version... I guess I'm into shellac! That this beast can play both 10" and 12" 78s (and both sides) is just too good to be true. My old Rock-Ola S39 can only do one side and hold only 20 discs. I need more disc real estate!

Perhaps that the pickup is gone and "notoriously hard to find" then the CD kit was purchased as a modern work-around to get music out of it again.. I just don't understand the logic of this. That box has one of the best exposed mechs. Does the CD kit replace the standard mech or is it hidden under the lid? Go figger.

Whoa! That so? Man, I gotta start watching Craigslist a tad closer!
Is there some kind of connection between the real-estate downturn and the price of jukes? Makes ya wonder. Perhaps it's the economy in general?

Welcome back Kyle.
