[Jukebox-list] 1015 omt volume problem

The volume on my Wurlitzer OMT 45 rpm will play normally and then all of a sudden blasts real loud. Has anyone out there experienced this problem? I recently installed a new stylus hoping this would correct the problem, but it didn't. Could this be a problem with the actual volume controls or possibly the amp? HELP!!!
