That's "Tokyo Boogie Woogie" sung by Shizuko Kasagi with
the "Columbia Tokyo Orchestra." That and "China Night"
(Shina No Yoru) were probably the two biggest hits of the
occupation. It was so popular in fact that is was released
in the US by Columbia as 39954 (M210152), the one in the
jukebox. The Nippon Columbia pressing my dad brought back
from Japan in the 40s has a terrible delamination on the
rim extending into the first dozen or so grooves, but I've
found several copies in the last dozen or so years so it
can't be too rare.
