I agree with Jay and Jim... there are those out there who take advantage/scam and there are others who make honest mistakes, or maybe don't make "full disclosure." I always try to get full disclosure on Ebay purchases and on large $$$ items, get a phone number of the seller to discuss item description prior to making a bid. If they don't want to give a full description in an email, or their phone number for discussion, then I shy away. Always be suspicious of Ebay seller with Zero transactions!!
If you're interested in dealing with someone you're not sure of, then post an inquiry on the board and one of the board members can express their opinion, or email you directly with a warning.
