Hi Karl,
Thanks for the link, however I have never seen that type of "cone", on any brand of jukebox. Perhaps it's newer than any that have been sent in for repair?
The ones for the NSM that I have seen are a metal "domed" ring, while the Rowe/R-O types all have a "nipple" glued (with REALLY strong glue) onto the turntable--

I have NSM's right here in the shop now. I have a few on my route, thus have
spare players for both NSM and Rowe. I have a few spares that will work on
both and the nipple just prys off for NSM use. Of course, you'll be there
all day trying to pry off a nipple that isn't designed to. Easy enough to
tell by the presence of two small screwdriver slots 180 degrees apart on the
