[Jukebox-list] Seeburg 222 purchase

I found a Seeburg 222 locally and have a few questions to ask the group.
I don't have a manual for this but need to know what the correct components
should be.  Amp, selection receiver etc.

It is a model 222D.  I took a quick look at it but did not have a flashlight with me.
Not sure what the "D"  means.  Dimes or dual pricing?

I had a quick look on the net. Looks like the 222 and 220 could have a few suffix combinations as part of the model number.  This one id definately 222D. 

It also has a stepper in it. There is no "S" or "R" in the model number but it definately has a stepper. I noticed it because the cover is missing for it.  As far as I can tell, steppers were optional on these models.

Also, where is the selection cancel switch on this model?
