Someone previously has written "Filter cond." on the cover plate for the circuit board. I'm no electrical wizard, so I'm in the dark on this one. Just wondering if I should be looking for something other than a bad capacitor or obvious wiring problems. I haven't tried this amp in my jukebox.

"Filter Cond." probably means a bad main filter capacitor, perhaps
shorted or open. Do NOT power up without testing or replacing this (and
other) capacitors.

As for the three wire power cord...YES! This is what wehave been
installing on ALL jukeboxes that come through our shop since the early
80's. Very desirable from a safety viewpoint. A good ground point is one
of the built in solder lugs or simply use a crimp connector and secure
the wire to one of the transformer bolts. Then it would be a GOOD idea
to run an 18 gauge wire to all exposed metal frames to protect folks
from electrical shocks.

Also advisable to use a GFI outlet if the jukebox (pinball/video game)
is used on a cement floor. Ground pins and ground wire connections can
fail on the power cord.

When you are installing this amp in your jukebox check the power cords
for the lights to make sure they are healthy (115VAC)...

Safety first!
