[Jukebox-list] "Grounding" ?

For those that don't ground the internals of the juke what do you do with the 
ground wire since the only replacement cords that come in the same gauge as 
the originals are 3 wire with a grounding plug?
 
And a lot of them are bad.I've got several selection recievers lying around 
with bad cords on them where the rubber has dried and cracked.Those are 2 wire 
also with the heavy gauge round line cords which are only available in 3 wire 
with ground plug nowadays.
