  Home Depot sells a 16/2 "power tool replacement cord" (sku # 600-237), with a molded plug, which works fine--also Granger has one and I think ACE hdwr still has it (no ACE here anymore). Ron Rich

And a lot of them are bad.I've got several selection recievers lying around 
with bad cords on them where the rubber has dried and cracked.Those are 2 wire 
also with the heavy gauge round line cords which are only available in 3 wire 
with ground plug nowadays.
