My Mom's was the same--I tossed it after she passed--never thought of "Ebaying" it for $$--

That looks like the ones my mom had. She kept them long after
stores went plastic, just as a souvenir. I think I still have
my grandmother's old Chevron credit card that says "Valued 
customer since 1926" on it.
