[Jukebox-list] Rock-ola Mystic 478 "Music cycle end problem"

Hi, I am new to this list and I am looking for some help on my Rock-ola  Mystic 478. 
The problem is when the record is done playing it never goes and picks up the record. It just thinks its still playing. I checked the tone arm switch with a fluke meter and it seems to be working but I don,t know if it would be the reverse relay or not. If you press the clear button on the logic brd. it picks up the record and returns it like it should. I do have the service manual and a parts manual. Any ideas. I would appreciate it. I bought the juke a couple weeks ago. Its good and clean. Everything else seems to work.
