Rick,
  Use the 4 terminal strip --the lower one is for the wallbox, as you suspect. I'm to lazy to find the book, so you are going to need to do a little work--determine which of the terminals is the 28vdc, and hook that to the brown screw in the control head. Determine which one of the terminals is the "Ground" and hook it to the black screw. The white screw goes to the two jumpered screws--open the jumper if you want to eliminate the cabinet rear door reject switch. Connect the Red and Green wires directly to the motor screws, as marked.  IMPORANT--Insulate the metal plate, from the screws, on the control head if you are using it.  Ron Rich
