[Jukebox-list] re-issue 78 rpm records

Personally, I would LOVE to have some decent music for my 78 rpm machines.

How much interest is there in re-issue 78s?  We have seen these sets sell 
for $400+ so there must be some interest in having these made.  The first 
step would be checking out copyrights.  I have spoken with ASCAP, who 
suggested I might try contacting the record companies directly.

I'm trying to get a feel for what us collectors want.

What sort of titles and artists?

Chuck Berry, Beatles, Elvis, Dee Dee Sharp, Chubby Checker, Bill Haley, 
Beach Boys, Sam Cooke, Supremes, Everly brothers, Coasters, Dion, 
Miracles/Motown, Frank Sinatra, Jerry Lee Lewis, Platters, Penguins, Danny 
and the Juniors, etc...  etc...

If anyone has a list of what's already been re-issued, please let me know. 
I haven't been able to afford one of these sets!
