  You do not want to fix the RoweAMi by oiling it. They should be clean and dry ! Ron Rich

I've had quite a few Rockolas do this same thing and it was always a lube 
issue, quite easy to resolve. I've even had it happen on Rowe CD jukes and 
in their case, the symptom would be cd's laying all over the bottom of the 
cabinet as if there had been an earthquake.
