I recognise that this may not be exactly what you are looking for but if 
you have a desktop PC with a spare slot then maybe it would do you.

This comes with the customary disclaimers. I've never used one so I 
don't know how gentle it is with old cassettes. I also have no 
connection to Think Geek except that I have bought some strange things 
from them in the past.
