I'm working on an E120 too....Got new cylinders at Victory Glass.
There's another thread I picked up on the list about those things that
proved immensely helpful -- use clear silicon caulk along the inside of
the endcaps to keep the cylinders in the proper form. They try to pop
out of the endcaps like mad. Also use some scotch tape in the middle of
the "roll" to keep it from bulging until the caulk sets. I still
haven't figured out what to do about the drive wheels on the animation
motors. They got sanded to somewhat resurface them but they're still
hard as a rock. I'm thinking a plumbing O-ring might work, but mine are
working okay for now.
