[Jukebox-list] HELP needed with Rock-Ola 1428

The fliaments on my Rock-Ola tubes for awhile have
been going out.

It' seems that when I first turn it on it will play
for a few seconds and then the audio goes dead.
After about 30 seconds the filaments start to light-up
and the sound comes back. It does this over and over
again.
I think I can hear a faint click each time. 

It sounds like a cold soilder joint but does anyone
know where I should start troubleshooting in the
filament circuit?
