...and report it to abuse at craigslist.org  - they WILL remove the ad.
include the response you got on the item with your correspondence.

I respond to all of the posts that have a 'hinky' price attached, just to 
'phish' for their scam responses.
When I get a valid response... I'm either a buyer *grin*, or at the very 
least I let the person know what I was doing and thank them/wish them luck.
