Hi Berry,
More info is needed in order to answer your question. First, is the correct "pin being pulled" ? Second, is it always pulling the same arm, and if so, which one? Third, has someone "messed with" the adjustable "tip" on the adjustable "crank arm"? And last, but not least, are both "backstops" actually working right (these MUST be clean and dry prior to adjustment, and the springs must be able to "pull" them with enough force to "backstop" the basket)?
