 Cord looks okay to me... now, does it matter which post the gold/silver wires attach to on this heavy-duty two-prong cord I bought at Home Depot??

Our Home Depot doesn't stock 28" flourescent bulbs... had to hit Ace Hardware. Wasn't cheap.
