Tom,
The B was not veneered as it came from Seeburg, just a wood finish decal.? I like a nice Oak veneer, but you can of course use any type you wish.? I try to keep the wood grain going in the same direction as the original was, so you might want to find a nice original, or good pictures to follow.? Good Luck, its a lotta work on a B, but great results are the reward.

The outside of the Seeburg was painted with a multi-colored texture paint, which I plan to start stripping off tomorrow. Most of the original veneer was peeled off, the only remnants are underneath the title board. I plan on installing a new wood veneer in the future, any tips or suggestions for this would be appreciated.?
