Nobody knows. There is talk of allowing incandescent
lamps for "historical" applications, but no specifics
have been proposed, and it remains to be seen if producing
such lamps in small quantities will be economically
feasible for manufacturers without the supporting
economies of scale of production provided by the
manufacture of standard lamps.

Probably not, since you're not used for illumination,
but who really knows?

Those will probably be scpecialized enough to susvive.

I just got back from Germany. Things there are about as
far along as they are in North America. You still see lots
of light bulbs in home stores like Obi. You also see
compact fluorescents in high-profile applications like
storefronts and public buildings. Most people I've
talked to there, just like here, can't stand them (unless
they're enviro-types).
