Hello J.C.,

thanks for your kind request.

The 1400 pilasters are already on the list of items we would like to make in the future.
We are still looking for a company who is able to make them as good as possible.
It's cast or injection moulded plastic. It would be more easy to bend and cut sheet material but we didn't find a pattern yet which is close to the original.

We will let you know in case we have any success on this project.

It would be a lot easier to make the glasses for the Seeburg "Showcase". But it seems there is very little demand over here in Europe.
The Rock-Ola models of the 60's and 70's a very popular here and we already started making glasses for those.

We will make more new parts the next years :-)
Just ask if you are interested in anything particular.

Kind regards - Oliver Stamann

Betreff: [Jukebox-list] Wurlitzer 1400 pilasters ? for Oliver Stamann

I'm just curious if you guys ever plan on making pilasters on making pilasters for the Wurlitzer 1400? There's been a little discussion about it on the Wurlitzer group. Seems they all have cracking pilasters from what I can tell.
Every 1400 I see on ebay has cracked pilasters.

I know the 1400 isn't the most popular juke from a collector's standpoint but we used to have Ken Arnold making them for Victory Glass. I'm no. 16 on the backorder list now and it's doubtful if he's going to make another batch.Seems he has lost interest in making jukebox parts as his screen printing and sign business is much more lucrative.

Other parts made by him have disappeared also. He stopped making Seeburg SS 160 glasses. Denny from Victory Glass told me when I sent a set of crazing new Seeburg R"100" emblems back that he was sending me the best he had as replacements which I am happy with, but that Ken arnold was not going to make any more and once they were gone they were gone.

Looks like the makers of repro jukebox parts is dwindling at leasty here in the US. I guess it's because the economy is tanking over here and people have less discretionary money to spend on "toys" like jukeboxes. There's boats (another toy)for sale everywhere around here because people can't afford to go out on them. Boating is one of the favorite pastimes in my area.

I hope you guys stick around for a long time making parts.I've gotten a few items from your website and they are excellent quality.

J.C.
