I have had my jukebox for several years and ever since I've had it, when selecting the "B side of the record, the gripper slams the record onto the turntable. The "A side is put onto the turntable gently. It's not very often we play the "B" sides so it hasn't been too important to fix it. We can live with it as it hasn't broken any records, at least not yet. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this.
