Hi, 

 

The R-74 jukebox uses 10k ohm controls, 2 wire or 5 wire dependant on the
pre amplifier.

R-3788 is a 2 wire control, R-3805 uses the 5 wire control.

With regard to the plastic light diffusers, these could be replaced with
theatrical lighting gel (they do a white opaque or frost).
